Catering News and Sopexa hosted ‘La Pâtisserie: A Sweet Influence’ at Inked in Dubai’s Al Quoz on 12 January, an event  organised for the French Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with Valrhona to explore how French patisserie has influenced the Middle East’s dessert trends, ingredients and culture.
