On the back of FooDiva’s sell-out ticketed dining experiences, I also organise and curate the following activations:

  • Intimate, invitation-only dinners for annual paying Substack subscribers. Venues are high-end licensed restaurants.
  • Tailored dining experiences and pop-ups. Ticketed and invitation-only private events with a difference like the Three and Four Chefs Dinner concept for a diverse range of clients, each with its own objectives.
  • Bespoke #DineAroundDubai experiences for hotels and dining complexes with a large spread of outlets.
  • Chairing and moderating F&B sessions.
  • Organisation of press/ industry fam trips to showcase a country’s food culture, a hospitality client or an F&B product.

Fees for the above activations are time-based and calculated according to the scope.

In addition:

  • Development of personalised restaurant and food itineraries based on preferences and length of stay – with everything in one document. Follow the itinerary to the letter, or pick and choose from the recommendations. Fee on request.
  • Pick FooDiva’s brains with a one hour private Zoom call, where you can ask any foodie questions and I’ll respond with my recommendations. Fee: AED900.
