Al fresco brunches galore – competition by Palazzo Versace Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai - Dubai brunches - FooDivaIs there any such thing as one to many brunches in Dubai?! I doubt it here. Well, we’re continuing our brunch competition theme by giving away some tasty and bubbly prizes from Palazzo Versace Dubai.

With the weather at its optimum now, brunching should be al fresco, in my opinion – and even better, include pool access! Which is exactly what we’re offering here on FooDiva with two brunch deals – each for four people.

Firstly, the Friday brunch at the jungle-inspired Giardino restaurant extends onto the terrace. The lavish buffet and live cooking stations serve up dishes such as 24-hour spice-marinated lamb chops and smoked sea bass. Best bit is, the free-flow Champagne of choice is premium Ruinart Brut – life doesn’t get much better than that. This brunch deal is priced at AED650 per person.

Alternatively, the Saturday Arabesque brunch in Giardino offers a Middle Eastern-themed buffet experience with mezzes and salads, complemented by churrascaria-style carving stations and hand-crafted mocktails to the tunes of Arabic lounge music. Priced at AED285 per person.

We have a couple of generous prizes up for grabs for FooDiva readers across the UAE:

  1. The Friday brunch at Giardino inclusive of Ruinart Champagne and pool access for four people.
  2. The Saturday Arabesque brunch inclusive of soft beverages and pool access for four people.

My favorite food on every brunch comes from the oyster bar! Few fresh oysters, topped with vinegar and chives and accompanied with a glass of bubbly- that`s what Dubai brunch is all about x

The cheeseroom, always the cheeseroom! The smellier the better. The St Regis Saadiyat cheese room has close to 100 cheeses and also 2 “cheese sommeliers” (what a job!!) It’s to die for. I love the one at Al Qasr as it has Raclette and the one at Traiteur because it is stunning. Spectrum on One used to have a port trolley in their cheese room too, heavenly.

I actually check out the cheeseroom before anything else, and sometimes I just have a nibble of some of the “proper” food before I head into the cheese room, I don’t want to be too full so I always start there early.
